Woven Fabrics
We at Sri Balaji Textiles now offering woven fabrics also apart from the hand loom Sarees. At least 100 Looms are working under us which includes Auto Looms. Plain weaves, Satin Weave and Herring Bone Weave to Dobby, Chambery, Checks, and seer sucker are few of the weave styles available with us. Finishing are as per customer requirements.
The Unique Feature:
The unique feature of ours is that handloom Sarees can be manufactured in small quantities of every 50 meters a different color and design, which is not commercially viable in any other sector say power loom / mill made, machine woven fabrics. This gives the designer of fabric and garments an innumerable choice of designs and colors for which no limit can be fixed. The designer can bring out unlimited designs and colors of fabrics each an unique piece and custom made and create a wonder in the world. Hand embroidery and hand paintings can be done on these designer pieces to the designs of designer. This will make an exclusive piece one of its kind style and design of the world. It will be precious piece. This cannot be reproduced by anybody in the world.
- These fabrics can be manufactured very economically by us than anybody else as right from inception to completion, all the operations are done in the infrastructure, in-house.
- We use the best imported silk / Indian silk. This is the only raw material we buy. All other operation viz throwing of silk (twisting silk) dying of silk, weaving in looms, designing the dobby designs, jacquard designs are done in house in the infrastructure owned by us.
- Thus the required colors designs, and specifications of silk. Fabrics are manufactured to the required quantity at very economical rates. The fabric can be manufactured in widths of 44 to 47 inches.
- Silk Sarees are also hand embroidered and hand painted creating a unique piece by itself not able to be produced or copied by anybody in the world.
